Delivery
We aim to dispatch the same working day on all orders received before 2pm.
We dispatch Monday to Friday and in periods of peek demand may make additional Saturday Morning dispatches.
Royal Mail / Parcel Force are our delivery agents of choice, although other couriers may be used at Stockings-Corsets discretion.

Standard charge £5:00 per order
US and rest of the world
Standard Charge £9:00 per order.
*Please note the buyer is responsible for any import taxes due on international deliveries.
Packing:
Multiple item orders may be sent in multiple parcels due to size, weight, stock or value factors, but 1 order will only ever attract 1 initial delivery charge. Re-deliveries or restocks may attract additional charges or refund deductions if they are not due to the actions of Stockings-Corsets.
Because all of our parcels are insured they require a signature upon delivery, we cannot leave the parcel behind the car or through the gate unless specifically requested to do so by the customer thus in-validating any insurance and guarantee of delivery.
All products are dispatched discreetly in unbranded coloured packaging or card boxes with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded service.
Any International orders that require a customs declaration will say "Clothes".
Stocked to Order
Certain specialist lines are offered on a short order by manufactureres, importers or suppliers. So as to keep stock levels and therefore costs down Stockings-corsets may offer these items on a "To Order" basis. these items typically take about a week to reach you. It may take longer, but it maybe as little as 2 or 3 days. Please allow up to 28 days maximum, and be assured we will strive to have your item with you as soon possible.
Re-Stocking:
Sometimes items being restocked may also be listed as "Re-Stocking" and in this case they may be reserved by purchasing under the same conditions as a Stocked to Order items. Usually this means items are on their way to us so they will be dispatched immediately we recieve them and not put in to stock on the website until all pre-orders are fulfilled, thereby insuring those reserving items are supplied first. It has happened that some items become very sought after and a Re-Stock is assigned to reserved (pre-orders) and does not become stocked on the website at all, in the very unlikely case that Re-Stocking items do not fulfill all pre-orders then the earliest orders are fulfilled first. In this eventuality we will advise you of an estimated time to re-stock your item. As is standard we ask that you allow up to 28 days, but we endevour to deliver as soon as possible.
Out Of Stock:
Items Out Of Stock usually have an estimated delivery time of less than 14 days, normally this means is the order has been placed with the manufacturer and they have responded saying stock is available.
If a manufacturer discontinues a line or can not deliver in 21 days Stockings-Corsets will remove the item from the website as soon we become aware.
Stock General Policy:
At Stockings-Corsets we aim to maintain a level of stock to satisfy orders immediately, but if an order includes an item that is out of stock we will dispatch the order without that item and will then dispatch it immediately new stock arrives. You will only be charged for 1 delivery and if a manufacturer fails to re-supply an item in 28 Days then we will credit you for that item and refund the delivery on any part order supplied as a good will gesture.
Dispatch Process:
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming dispatch.
If applicable the notification of dispatch will include a tracking reference number and how to track your parcel.
Items that are in stock are dispatched within a working day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods within about 10 working days. (unless otherwise stated)
If Royal Mail are unable to deliver or obtain a signature then they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up.
After 7 days non collection the parcel is then returned to us.
UK
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail / Parcel Force using a signed for service.
Europe
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded delivery service.
For large orders we will consider using different couriers this keeps costs down and helps Stockings-corsets to maintain a competitive level of service at the best possible value to our customers.
We attempt to deliver everything as quickly as we can, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. It is extremely unlikely that your order will take anywhere near this time to be delivered.
Returns Procedure:
Before returning an item you must first receive a Returns Notice Number. This should be obtained by Email from customerservice@stockings-corsets.co.uk and this number should be quoted in all correspondence regarding the return.
No Returns Notice Number (RN*****) = No Refund
Before returning any goods please read all our terms and conditions.
Most orders will have a returns address on a label or printed on the the outside of the original packaging.
if you do not have or can not find the returns address please email us and will issue you with the returns address.
All orders returned with 10 working days (From the day of receipt of the goods) will be credited in full should all the correct procedures have been followed.
Any shortfall or damages to goods must be notified as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods.
All goods remain the property of Stockings-Corsets until paid for and payment is received in full.
Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance 28 days after delivery.
All items returned must be accompanied by either the relevant invoice number or appropriate proof of purchase (i.e. credit card statement) in addition to the Returns Notice Number.
Due to health and hygiene factors. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken or faulty the following terms have to be met.
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Items supplied in sealed packaging must still be in sealed packaging (any that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable).
4. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
5. Lingerie and clothes designed to come into contact with the skin are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
To obtain a RETURNS NOTICE NUMBER you will need to Email quoting your ORDER number and the ITEM CODE for the ITEM(S) being returned.
Refunds are made minus the delivery cost based on how the original order was sent:
On occasion their may be times when parcels need to be dispatched back to customers and further (Re-Delivery) charges will apply.
