Returns Procedure

Returns Procedure: Before returning an item you must first receive a Returns Notice Number. This should be obtained by Email from customerservice@stockings-corsets.co.uk and this number should be quoted in all correspondence regarding the return. No Returns Notice Number (RN*****) = No Refund Before returning any goods please read all our terms and conditions. Most orders will have a returns address on a label or printed on the the outside of the original packaging. if you do not have or can not find the returns address please email us and will issue you with the returns address. All orders returned with 10 working days (From the day of receipt of the goods) will be credited in full should all the correct procedures have been followed. Any shortfall or damages to goods must be notified as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods. All goods remain the property of Stockings-Corsets until paid for and payment is received in full. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance 28 days after delivery. All items returned must be accompanied by either the relevant invoice number or appropriate proof of purchase (i.e. credit card statement) in addition to the Returns Notice Number. Due to health and hygiene factors. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken or faulty the following terms have to be met. 1. The goods must be unused. 2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging. 3. Items supplied in sealed packaging must still be in sealed packaging (any that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable). 4. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order. 5. Lingerie and clothes designed to come into contact with the skin are non refundable and non exchangeable. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods. To obtain a RETURNS NOTICE NUMBER you will need to Email quoting your ORDER number and the ITEM CODE for the ITEM(S) being returned. Refunds are made minus the delivery cost based on how the original order was sent:. If your order qualified for free standard delivery you will still be charged a delivery cost (£1:95p) if you wish to have an item refunded. The Premium Fast Delivery Option Upgrade is never a refundable element. On occasion their may be times when parcels need to be dispatched back to customers and further (Re-Delivery) charges will apply.
